At Frabjous Botanicals, we stand behind the quality and integrity of every product we create. Each item is handcrafted in small batches with thoughtfully chosen ingredients and prepared with care.

Because our products are made fresh and shared through personal orders rather than a traditional retail store, returns and exchanges are handled with fairness, clarity, and respect on both sides.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU


If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as intended due to our error, we will make it right. Your trust matters to us, and we take concerns seriously.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS


For health, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

  • Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement

  • A repair or adjustment (when applicable)

  • A refund or credit, at our discretion

EXCHANGES


Exchanges may be arranged for items that arrive damaged or are sent incorrectly. Each situation is handled individually to ensure fairness.

ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES


Because individual skin sensitivities vary, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for reactions related to personal allergies or sensitivities. We encourage clients to review ingredient lists carefully and reach out with questions before ordering.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS


If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered preparation or has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
